definitely, i do suggest a better ssri though, i think paroxitene has more side effects than most. i would suggest escitalopram first. if you feel sluggish, fatigued, etc, then you should get on an SNRI. if you feel low motivation, not HAPPY, etc, then you should get on wellbutrin (ndri) for the dopamine. zoloft (ssri) does also give you some dopamine if you dont need any norepinephrine from the ndri

I think the sides are ok, at least there’s barely hairloss on paroxetine, that’s most important for me.
I took escitalopram couple of weeks in 2018, had nosebleeding and hairliss

Short term benzodiazepines works great.

But really it’s a process. Exposure therapy really. LSD and MDMA helped me a lot too. But approach with caution

Quit coke turkey but after I feeling like I had the cold and occasional panic attacks I did a taper down instead.

i heard about xanax but its more common in the usa right? im from western europe and i got diazepam and bromazepam (sry i dont know the english names) but never used them

i used some ssri in the past but i just felt the negative side effects.. not one single good effect thats why i quit them (but used them only 2-4 weeks)
