i stopped at 16-17, my cousin was only half a way at that age, i would say 3 years after you started to noticeably grow whether it is 13 or 16. after 3 years you'll maybe get 1-2 cm to 20 yo at the best

Anecdotally I stopped around 19 for height, but your clavicle width can grow until you’re 25 I read
