I think you shouldn't base your investment decisions on whether something has gone up or down like you're going to randomly catch a local low with this arbitrary reasoning.

In crypto you are oftentimes investing into vaporware/ hype. You buy in thinking that the teams marketing / hype generating abilities will be able to convince others to buy higher than you.
The valuations are oftentimes so off, they don't reflect revenue/ actual value.
You want to buy a project when it's relatively undervalued and sell when it's overvalued. Don't become a bag holder, especially not for alts.
