When do we stop growing?

I am 18 years old and 5'9. Is my height already maxxed out, or can I increase it naturally, and If so how? Thanks for all the help guys!

Check if your growth plates are open or not. If they are closed then LL surgery is the only option to increase height (I don't recommend getting it).

get a wrist/ankle xray from ur doctor thats the best way to tell
