So what is scientifically the most optimal hgh timing?
Just watched @Clavicular say to NEVER pin in the morning, only before bed.
My counterargument is that when pinning fasted in the morning, your insulin is basically as low as it gets that day, so HGH will have the highest effect. Just avoid a high carb breakfast. Eat something like eggs.
If you're pinning before bed, you've most likely had a dinner beforehand, therefore your insulin is going to be higher than what it would be in the morning. Higher insulin = less activity from HGH and also higher risk of hyperglycemia.
Is my theory wrong? Any experience? Lmk
