your plates fuse in the exposure of Estrogen is high,( AKA during puberty because of the fluctuations)
theoretically you could take low exemestane (idk about frequency) and mk677 at night 5times per week and get some cm in few months, but who knows your plates might be partially fused or fully fused without a scan and actual hgh and mk it's hard to achieve meaningful results past a certain point
