zygomatic implants/ calcium filler. These are the only real options, otherwise you can get sub 10%bf although you'll still look puffy, just less puffy than before then try adding in diuretics for slightly less visual fat appearance, although surgery is the real solution like I said originally.

what about fatgrafts

ineffective in practice since they don’t provide real structural support, much better to go with calcium fillers for a few years until the collagen buildup becomes a permanent effect for a similar price vs fat grafting, although implants are the best of course

do fillers have any side effetcs lke migrating?.

fillers have high risk of migrating when used anywhere without strong bone support like the lips for example, the zygos however do have strong bone support making migration very low risk, to make it even lower it's best to use calcium fillers, which are more dense and visually look more like bone as opposed to HA fillers which are more prone to migration.

tldr with calcium fillers in areas with bone support migration is near 0%, the only risk is not completely overfilling to the point that you look retarded

yes. although you'll look better with maxillary/mandibular projection of course, but it's effect on hollow cheeks is water compared to the zygo/cheekbone projection and positioning

It’s more so about the positioning tbh. High malar cheekbone implants can make your zygos extremely high set visually, but you should look into hardmaxxing anyway, it’s the only way to achieve a true 'ascension' for 90% of people. Identify a flaw, fix it, and enjoy your life to a greater extent

Honestly for religious reasons I cant hard max unless it is completely over. If im still bloated after getting lean ill look into it
