im 15 turning 16 next month and i want to grow taller. i'm 5'5 and my dad is 5'8. i have tall cousins and one tall uncle. i started puberty at around 13. And i was wondering if i should pubertymax and taking cjc1295 with AI. My dad grew alot at 16 so i might still have a chance. pls be brutally honest, thanks.

i starved myself and only grew to 6'3 while my father and grandfather are 6'6 and mother is 5'11

My dad's puberty ended at 17.5-18, I think I'm going the same way

Contrary to popular belief actual puberty ends later than most think. Probably at around 18-19.

18, just look on google they have graphs. Most people will grow 1-2 inches from the age of 16 to 18. And the mandible continues the grow until your like 20-22

Height growth is one of the things that end earlier on average for development. But muscle, face, and frame can still develop with healthy lifestyle changes

people ask this question all the time here and it isn’t that complicated it depends on when u started puberty e.g. if u started early and look grown with tons of facial hair and deep voice then ur pretty much done but if u started late and have a childlike appearance then u still have a chance to grow
