Coloring wise yes, also msot slavs except Bosnians and Russians look very close to north europeans
north Tunisians are mostly tan or lighter shade while the rest are just tan or brown kinda the more u keep going south the more brown they get

There are ofc South Asians with legit white coloring but those are outliers
Most people seem to understand that having brown eyes or skin means swarthy — the mistake begins when people try to separate by country. For example Kiera Knightley is swarthy — Chiara Ferragni is not.

Slavs were never an ultra-light population in the first PLACE. this is a MYTH. vast majority of the Slavic blondes are dyed. and most of them have brown eyes.
