When does sun damage start to show?

Some here days it shows already when you are like 20 years old? Is that true?
Should I be aftaid cause I‘m a lot in the sun all my life cause I played professional tennis and now I‘m a trnnis coach? As I remember I always used sunscreen since puberty, I think before my mum always used sunscreen on me.
