Good for you man. Im relatively tall and I have small handsI think should be proportional with your height growth. But idk I always had big hands, so it’s also partly genetics
Some people inject hgh and that has made their hands bigger but it also has a lot of side effects that need to be managed, but your wrist plates close first. The best you could do is workout and do forearm and hand exercises to build thicker hands and forearmsGood for you man. Im relatively tall and I have small hands![]()
Im 18 myself and Im thinking about megadosing supplements and taking anavar cause it stimulates growthSome people inject hgh and that has made their hands bigger but it also has a lot of side effects that need to be managed, but your wrist plates close first. Im still studying so the only thing I can do is exercise in my free time is there any specific exercise that you could recommend?Forearms are not really important. Many athletes have small forearms but hand size is a big L.
Physical labour makes your hands a lot bigger, it's not all genetic as people think. Making the length longer it genetic though

buy a punching bag. Fill the bag with potting soil. Punch until your fists hurt. It may take a few days for your hands to recover from the micro-fracturing in the bones and the bruisingIm still studying so the only thing I can do is exercise in my free time is there any specific exercise that you could recommend?
