When does the TV show Succession get good?

I just watched the pilot and thought it was okay. Not bad, not particularly good either.

I'm going to give the show a chance because I think it needs a few episodes to really set itself up.

When does the show start to pick up? I've heard so many rave things about it.

got through like 2-3 episodes and dropped it, i also wonder if it gets magically better later on cuz its not that promising in the beggining, not bad but not great.

The pilot gives the impression of a generic show about a family power struggle.
