i wake up at 5 am for work about 3 days a week yet i cant help but staying awake till 10-11 at least. had to start taking melatonin to force myself to sleep so i wouldnt be a zombie

Nah it's the best time of the day if you spend it right, it's the only time where I can actually work on my own projects in peace and hit somewhat of a flow state
