When getting surgery do I need to know the best ratios/harmony for my face?

I know it’s water but idk how to get that score and which nose for example would look best on me,

Most surgeons only care about their money and doing what you asked, they won’t look at the best ratios/stuff that would boost harmony and every surgery I’ve seen that isn’t from the best of the best mess up in some things like too angular on one side compared to the other etc, which is why revisions are common.


Would going to an aesthetician or beautician solve this? Feel like most would be bluepilled and the good ones are very expensive.

you will never find a surgeon who cares about ratios etc. you have to be extremely detailed when explaining what you want and make sure youre on the same page then hope for the best. yes theyre all bluepilled
