What even makes an eye are masculine other than browridge and eyebrows? Is medial canthus actually a dimorphic trait, or high pfl? They look good for both genders I think.

Actually there is UEE on her lateral canthus. No hooding implies 2 things: 1) she doesn't have a lowset supraorbital ridge and 2) her eyes are not deepset. Likely has a modest nasofrontal angle...
Also neutral medial canthus.
You could argue the positive tilt of her eyebrows makes her eye area look more masculine but the underlying orbital structure is not masc.
