Depends on if you have a good amount of donor /beard. With a good surgeon it won’t noticeable. Sadly all roads lead to minox/fin/derma/nizoral.

You need to have enough donor hair to cover the balding areas while leaving enough density to be able to cover up the scars. So it's a cope for a lot of men yes. If you have diffuse thinning then a HT is a no go.

hair follicles are extracted from the donor area, there's nothing left there to grow. It's patch of bald skin that is either stretched nd stitched or needs to be covered up
