When HGHmaxx how do you direct growth?

HGH leads to growth in the entire body. Could it be possible to direct this growth to use it purposefully on specific regions in the body?
 
This is what im researching for spinal growth, I believe the key is t + hgh to induce dimorphic growth

No just in general dimorphic features
Like facial bones and dick and whatnot
Obv have to be still in developmental years for it to work effectively
