When I apply for a job, do I larp with a western name?

I’ve seen tons of experiments done with applications identical except one has an ethnic name and one has a white name. In ALL of these experiments the one with the white or western name gets DOUBLE if not more interviews and call backs. It’s crazy. It isn’t illegal either to put a different name on your resume. I know damn well my ethnic watchlist 911 tier name is gonna failo me in terms of this
