For example should I angle the punch in a way that would push my chin forward? And the cheekbones outwards?

OR is it just the micro fractures in the bones that matter which is what causes them to grow bigger?

No im not. I don’t give a fuck many people got results from bone smashing .
Those many ppl prob referred to clav and zeta, who were on roids. Bonesmashing itself ain't gonna do shit.

It’s worth a try. I’m on roids too. I’m also on hgh and other bone building supps. Proven to work ( grape seed extract, pomegranate seed oil , strontium)

Read this and then tell me why bonesmashing or at least mechanical stimulation wouldn’t work.

There is a process called mechanically induced osteogenesis (MO) - the formation of bone in response to mechanical stress. Tissue cells are capable of sensing mechanical stimuli and converting them into biochemical signals that trigger. bone remodeling processes.

This process is called mechanotransduction. A key role in this process is played by mechanosensitive ion channels (MSCs).

Piezor is a mechanosensitive ion channel that plays a crucial role in bone remodeling — a process involving the removal of old or damaged bone by osteoclasts and its replacement with new bone formed by osteoblasts.

For osteoblasts to have a significant effect to remodel the bone, you have to put your face under constant repetitive force, not random trauma caused by muh bonesmashing.

atleast learn the science behind it before you start doing it
if you knew that then the answer would be obvious
