Its weird... When I got above 170 I noticed more guys respected me and no difference in how I was treated. But with girls I got worse reactions overall.

Guys seem to treat me worse when I'm lean but its the opposite with girls.

Biggest black pill is the gym doesn't matter for girls more so then being lean. If you need to be above 20% body fat for the gym then your already doing more harm then good.

Depends I mean I think running or lifting is healthy. But yeah some guys are fags people who constantly post body transformations are weird.

Its still ideal assuming you stay 15% or lower body fat. I was 120 pound runner before that sucked too. The biggest benefit I ever got was that none really bullied me irl. That happened to me at least once a month irl and its a very rare occurrence now. I still need to cut more I really over did my bulk I was just sick of feeling small.

It seems to have had slight benefits if any for women. Still somewhat prefer being somewhat bulked to being underweight. The amount of times mutual people would fuck with me or I would feel intimidated was a lot. But I should try cutting the best of both worlds is not looking like a fat ass or a freak but also not looking like an easy target.
