Watching irl is even better but unfortunately I don’t have a gf

Maybe people find this weird but I always enjoy watching these videos and then you can fall asleep more easily rather than with brain rot. I also take 5mg melatonin

I understand it may sound a bit strange but it’s calming like asmr. Most of the techniques are pretty useless as a guy although I will say I did also watch some hair cutting tutorials over time and actually I tried it myself and it turned out well. Another thing is I think aegyo sal can look good even on guys especially Asian but I would feel insecure trying it
