when i close my teeth together, the lower set of teeth are way behind the upper

it also literally causes my lower lip to appear recessed from the side compared to the upper lip

when i jut, my lower third finally gets in harmony, i dont have a reccessed chin anymore (seems like its not recessed in the first place, rather the mandible is recessed)
how can i fix this?

i was exaggerating by "way behind" its actually just slightly behind but i was wondering if it was easily fixable, since a more forward grown lower jaw would ascend my side profile very hard
