When i cook mince beef it doesmt turn to tiny pieces like it does for everyone else

Idk what to say then bcuz when i cook mince i regularly stir it around the pot and break it up with a spatula while gradually adding what other ingredients i want in it and it comes out perfectly fine

I just use steak mince with basic veg like chopped onions, red peppers, mushrooms and chopped tomatoes and some seasoning for the meat but its nothing great its just basic slop to eat when i cant be arsed to put together something better
