I could already do weighted dips with 20kg. Probably my best exercise.

Shame I had to stop them.

Same I stopped doing dips only flat bench now I think my pecs look weird from only doing incline

I have 7 inch subhuman wrists so they weren’t built to go do 50kg dips causing me pain.
My wrists are subhuman but they’ve been getting thicker for some reason recently

I think you need to target the middle and lower chest too with some exercise

What’s your chest selection

I’m doing flat bench and chest flys only at the moment isn’t that enough

I mainly have to do cables upper lower, middle angles and pec flys until my wrist pain has healed.

Used to do incline and flat bench though before this horrible pain.

Of course they grow ? Do you think a 9 year old would have the same wrists as a 19 year old jfl

Could be holding the weights improperly and the pain slowly compounds especially when you go up in weight try death grip

I just turned 18 dude had Somali wrists last year

A wide grip for bench is the most comfortable for me. I don’t think I rotate them incorrectly on the bar.

Scared to do death grip JFL especially benching over 2 plates. Don’t trust the spotters at my gym. One slip up and I’m dead
