When I fully relax my jaw my face becomes short and my jaw goes back further, is this SFS?

My face becomes shorter and my lips get weird where my top lip goes too far ahead and I cant speak right so I've been perma jutting (it doesn't hurt) since I was a kid. Is this SFS? How good are my chances of fixing this with surgery

I'm not very recessed but I look far better with a taller lower third and longer ramus

Dude when my jaw goes back it INCREASES for some reason, plus my entire face downswings with it
