When I get good sleep my productivity plumets.

If I get 9 hours of great sleep, wake up without an alarm, and feel completely rested, I am significantly lazier and less motivated to do work. Whereas if I get 6 hours or 5 hours of sleep i will literally be buzzing the whole day with motivation and ideas, last time i got 5 hours of sleep I worked for probably 10 hours that day, reached out to 5 friends, and was motivated to keep doing it daily. It ended after i got good sleep.

This always happens to me, my social ability goes down, my motivation goes down, and my happiness all goes down after good sleep of 8 or 9 or 10 hours. And my body blahs and doomscrolls when rested. If someone could explain why this is happening beyond just extra dopamine from being sleep deprived which I really don't feel is the culprit.

just get your sleep bro. its worth all the "bad side effects" that your experiencing
 
redpill grindset side effects, started freaking out about "not making it" at 15 started sleeping 4 hours trying to do so many things in my day and then feel like shit if I even slept for a while, absolutely dogshit way of thinking. What can you do? stop gaslighting yourself about being lazy and slowly build your way up to being productive (remember productivity shouldn't come at the cost of basic human needs)

bro i agree with u entirely and prioritize my rest and stress its just my body doesnt care abotu anything if im rested

that's because it's adjusting, read about the human circadian rhythm and how to optimize it can really help
