If I get 9 hours of great sleep, wake up without an alarm, and feel completely rested, I am significantly lazier and less motivated to do work. Whereas if I get 6 hours or 5 hours of sleep i will literally be buzzing the whole day with motivation and ideas, last time i got 5 hours of sleep I worked for probably 10 hours that day, reached out to 5 friends, and was motivated to keep doing it daily. It ended after i got good sleep.
This always happens to me, my social ability goes down, my motivation goes down, and my happiness all goes down after good sleep of 8 or 9 or 10 hours. And my body blahs and doomscrolls when rested. If someone could explain why this is happening beyond just extra dopamine from being sleep deprived which I really don't feel is the culprit.
