This job would be so fuckin interesting and promise I will invent surgery for long midface even if I have to destroy some skulls lmao. Btw doesnt upswing maxilla then widening IPD with OBO then shaving bottom part of cheekbones then impaction of maxilla then lenghtening the ramus then decreasing gonial angle would shorten you know what? Or just pray to God. Or in the future there will be genetic editing for everything and you would shorten midface without life risking surgeries.
