Its not gonna make your "fave look like that," but braces arent gonna harm your appearance, it depends if your teeth have bad malocclusion before hand you might get better facial results then if the braces arent changing a whole lot.

It’s not going to negatively impact my face tho correct I’m either getting regular braces with elastic or Damon braces what are the differences and like if I get regular braces I’m probally going to get forsus will it recess me even more

if u have an overjet, u likely have bimax protrusion and ur lips are too far forward.
braces will push your lips back so your lower third looks more balanced because right now I assume your lips are eating up space in your lower third and you look recessed
there will not be any mandibular changes though
