Why are you bloated for the most of the time?

I went to several doctors and specialists over the years. I was told I have a dairy allergy and an allergy to egg whites. But it's more than just that. Almost everything bloats me.

It also doesn't help that I was born with naturally thick skin, which holds lots of fluid and gas and blows up like a sponge. This happens even when I'm skinny.

The last hope I have is to dramatically lower my body fat percentage and force my skin to get thinner. This way, even when it bloats, I probably won't look like the Toxic Avenger.
