Yeah bro, I totally get that too. I recently found out I can use them twice. So what I do is I put them in for maybe 10-15 minutes, take them out, and then I can reuse them a couple hours later to get the same effect.

The pouches I'm taking are 10-11mg nicotine per pouch, so that seems like a good strength for me to get the head buzz going.
