you gotta encourage hypervelocity in technological advancements in all available sectors and especially the creation of new concepts for creation, ideally creating completely new branches that revolutionize every aspect of life directly or indirectly in a strong way in a way that allows for transhumanism (aka sped up evolution) without losing control. and u gotta keep the low status niggas happy so u gotta give them stable jobs, illusion of community, a somewhat sustainable hedonism where they barely have to think while the high status ones push the species into another realm of possibilities. if a low status one is good, he will simply become a high status one and this will allow for the fastest advancement from a societal standpoint. you shouldnt limit them to moral codes that arent intrinsically destructive for your society like occasional sex or just having fun. most males in all of history did not reproduce, just because youre born in the 21st century (which will be looked at like the middle age in not that long) doesn't mean you have some type of right for reproduction or mating. life's not "fair" according to common moral standards because she doesnt care about our insignificant asses
