When I smile my mouth collapses into my skull. How do I protrude my mouth.

Very good eye area. You know you have a recessed maxilla when you smile you seem like you're jutting your chin, but that's just the maxilla recessed. In your case, it's slightly.

I have this condition also.

It is caused by bimaxillary regression of both the upper and lower jaw in relation to a vertical line drawn from the nasion bone.

I would recommend either lefort 1 combined with a BSSO, vasectomy or a modified cranial extraction using lead implants.
