No, the way plastic surgeons estimate buccal fat removal results is by puckering your lips and doing a very light squit.

Wait it isn't, fuck. Is there any way to tell what you would look like with less facial fat instead of sucking your cheeks in then?

Idk tbh

It's interesting because I started to make there be a few mm of space between my front teeth and it makes my face look much less short and just better in general. When I do it, it naturally hollows out my cheeks and my lower jaw doesn't looks smushed upwards. After like a month I got used to holding the position and letting my jaw hang it helped with me clenching my teeth during my sleep. Do keep in mind I got my chewing better as well.

If you want to hollowcheekmax, you have to lean out (with muscle, skinny is not lean) grow your masseters, and atrophy your buccinators. You can do this by chewing the right way, not putting food in your cheeks when you eat, and when you swallow just use your tongue, don't have a sucking motion, it uses your buccinators when you suck things in general.
