i told one of my good friends he's incel tier looks and he never spoke to me again much after that
i dont know why i was such a shit person back then. it feels pretty out of character for me looking back. i must have lack social awareness.

yeah that's pretty bad tbh. I've met a lot of people over the years. I only have one guy I consider a close friend, but I have a massive social circle of acquaintances and about 1/3 of them are subhuman dudes. I never try to 'put them in their place' like that. Society does that already. I always try to give them as much support as they need in an honest, but indirect way. I feel like that's me doing my part to contrast hypergamy.
