Tbh people tend to hold more fat than they think. If I remember correctly you're either 6 foot or 6'1 so being lean for you would probably mean being 180 pounds or so. If someone is 5'11 it's probably closer to 170 to be lean. 200 pounds on a 5'11 person usually always means they're carrying extra fat unless they're in the gym every day for years and have a great diet.

180 pounds lean and 180 pounds fat are two different things. 180 pounds guy with lean wouldn't look too big while the 180 pounds fat guy will look massive.
