1 year ago i was super bloated, moon face level, and had cystic acne breakouts, but my libido was very high.

Now my face is the opposite, get way less acne and look lean af at the same weight, but my libido is non existent, i maybe get the urge to masturbate like once a week now, even though i get morning woods almost everyday. Why?
