When i was younger i thought muscles matter

Like when i was 13 i saw gym body i thought it looks good but nowdays when im 18yo 6’4 i dont really see any appeal on those bodies. Most of the times they are shorter and smaller than me even tho they might bench 260 lbs
 
i mean you should still have some muscle. i agree that like a super built body like bodybuilders they are ugly but you should still work out

Well yeah i workout but idk man, going gym 2 hours day just to look like normie/coper bcs of ur height/bone structure is not good imo.

no need to go to the gym everyday for 2 hours a day. if you hit every muscle group atleast one time per week you can still build muscle. the best would be 3x frequency and if you want to achieve that you have to do 3 fb days every week (or upper body if you dont want to hit legs because who does)
 
im 18yo 6’4 i dont really see any appeal on those bodies.
