When I'm talking to someone and pretend to be NT, I don't know how to end the conversation

This happens IRL with colleagues, family over the phone and with randomers. I also went on Ome yesterday and same shit happened.

What's supposed to be a 10 minute casual call ends up being a 40 minute calls. I spoke to some girl on OLD last week she mentioned let's have a catch up for like 10 minutes. Instead we spoke for like 50 minutes and it was me leading the conversation like 80% of the time and talking. She then had to say 'Im gonna let you go now' and that's the only way the conversation ended. She was foreign and could barely speak English lmao. There was no awkward pauses or silences. I just don't know how to end conversations - it feels too abrupt and awkward to do so.

Just FYI the girl hasn't contacted me so was clearly not impressed

part of the reason was i was an unsocialized bitch ass pussy and i thought longer conversations would make me look more NT, so i was practically torturing myself dragging conversations out even though i didnt even want to be there talking to them for like 30 mins. now i dont care. i'll still put on my NT face but i dont make conversations longer than i have to, because you're not a woman.
