When is a good idea for me to get my rhino and nct surgeries (canthoplasty)?

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but my parents super strict and would never let me get any surgeries on myself. I live with them currently (and will for about a year and a half) because I'm currently 17. However, I don't know about all of you, but I've seen that many people here go straight to getting jobs around 17-18 so can afford to get surgeries themselves, but my parents want me to go to college four 4+ years (get a job at college ofc too) and get a really good education (which I will do) but I don't know when in that time frame (or after) would be a good time to get surgeries, what do you guys think?
