When is it Fat Grafting or Infraorbital Implants

How are you supposed to know when you need fat grafting compared to Orbital implants? I know it's like bone vs fat deficiency or something but how are you able to tell them apart if they both cause more of a negative orbital vector. Wouldn't enough fat just hide shit bone anyways for the area at least. Would fat grafting just be superior in most cases cause it's usually cheaper, ages better, no absorption, lower botch rate, etc. How bad are all the complications/aging for Orbital Implants if they're decently planned and what's the best type of Infraorbital Implants & best surgeons.
