I believe that you can only do so much with the cards dealt to you

some stuff like goblin eyes doesn't have a fix

some really atrocious sets of face just need so much money invested to look slightly better it is not even worth it

sometimes people are just so small it doesn't matter what they do, most likely they won't make it

What traits are enough to tell someone that it is over?

ye i feel you bro. some genetics are hard to work with for sure. been trying to improve my eyes but not seeing much change at this point. maybe try ditching the glasses if you haven't already? can help a little with how they look but dunno if it changes your actual ipd
