So basically, upon which age can you consider that it‘s over and puberty won‘t change much 16-17,17-18? Because I‘ve heard some said with 13 but i defo changed after 2 years. Is there still hope?

Long-term cephalometric studies (Behrents, Björk, Nanda) show:
Zygomatic growth continues until at least 18–22 years old in males.
Teenagers often still have underdeveloped midfaces at 15. 15-18 is the main part where the zygos really grows
1985, 1963-1969, 1990
interpreting soft tissue changes as skeletal zygomatic growth is biologically inaccurate
none of theses studies is support idea of a midface surge in late adolescence

(Björk, Enlow, Nanda) - maxilla and zygoma reach ~90% of their adult size by age 11–13
