When is MSE needed?

You have buccal corridors which MSE could help, consult orthodontists specifically skilled in MSE.

We have to see your whole face to know for sure but usually gummy smile this extreme is best foxed with a maxillary impaction which is a LeFort I movement.

Can TADs be used to impact the maxillary teeth? Would that cause a bit of CCW?

Not going to happen... you will be more satisfied by the surgical solution.
