It's not cope as long as the result is natural (uncanny), improves your looks (doesn't decrease it) and visible (actually can tell the difference)

Having good teeth is necessary, that’s not just your foid appeal, but overall societal appeal. Doesn’t need surgery most of the time tho

Bulbous nose makes you look low iq, so also makes sense to correct for societal appeal

Canthoplasty in case of NCT is also a good surgery. Nct makes you look tired, pessimistic and boring. Same for fat grafts to solve dark circles

Narrow face makes you much less respectable, so solving that also makes sense

Idk about the rest. But if you have problems with any of the listed things - surgery will make sense. Unless you are short lol. Then it’s over
