It's all about fat and muscle , that's why people with good forward growth and shit eye area exist . Some people born with good muscle tone those people tend to have tight eyelids and hooded eyes . I'm not saying that this is not genetics it's purely genetics luckily it's muscle and fat which can be increased without surgery unlike negative canthal tilt . Although it might get fixed if it's not severe with training orbicularis oculi
