When it comes to getting cosmetic surgery, you should always choose the hotter surgeon over the more skilled one.

Which is ultimately not saying much, since as a rule hotter people are more talented, skilled, and intelligent. Since they're favored by teachers and get the best education.

I can recommend hot doctors for every procedure you can think of. Just shoot me a pm.

Please receive, fellow men, my distinguished salutations,

I like this new theory that you seem to be expanding on after our recent exchange on it. What about hot surgeon + skilled and renowned though. Best of both worlds.

Thanks frérot. I'm going to be submitting an article to a leading journal about the topic soon. I'd like your comments on it beforehand.

With regards to your question on hot + skilled and renowned. My main argument is that "hot" and "skilled" are ultimately interchangeable words, given their sociological confluence. If someone is ugly, they were typically not favored by teachers, parents, tutors and received worse educations even if they spent more time studying, since most knowledge is developed dialectically in tandem between master and student. Whereas the hot ones are favored.

So when I open up a surgeon's website, the first thing I look for is the surgeon's face, and they usually have their face plastered across the home page. I usually know if a surgeon is worth having a consultation with within 5 seconds of viewing the page, not unlike the 5 seconds in which women determine whether they find a men attractive upon meeting him.

Honestly, the relationship between scalpel and face mirrors the relationship between dick and pussy. The dynamics are mostly the same.

Don't let a congenitally botched surgeon operate on your face. The result will never be anything but botched. This is why Eppley is getting worse over time. Not because he's aging and his hands are getting shakier. But because as he is aging, his skin is sagging, and he is getting uglier; it is this ugliness that causes the botched surgeries. As if the surgical tools become momentarily sentient and realize that their operator is ugly, and this is communicated to the body of the patient in a way reminiscent of telepathy and ancient shamanic practices.

I find this to be a very eloquent and spot-on assessment of the matter at hand. I could go on and on about how utterly infatuated I am with the sheer brilliance displayed in your post and it still wouldn't do justice to the true degree to which you have blown my mind, therefore I have concluded that it is in everyone's best interest that I rest my case right here and refrain from continuing on.

Makes sense. I was an ugly kid and I also did poorly in school while my classmate Troy (stereotypical Chad who played football) did good in school
