There is a difference between just eating and making food with counting calories at spesific times
 
There is a difference in eating to be 12-14% bf and eating to shred down to 8%.

If you want to be disciplined fix your sleep first.

I cooked chicken liver once with my normie friend. I ate it and gave him some to try and he legit almost vomited as soon as it entered his mouth LMFAOOOOOO
