When people say climate change is fake what do they mean by that?

The humidity where I live is 90% its hard to Breathe its 8 degrees so it has to be cold right? Wrong its Hot as fuck I sleep with underwears and a shirt sometimes I have to take my shirt off due to how Hot It is.
So why do people assume climate change isnt real?
