when should i run ai and mk

lmk im 15.2 and i needa know if i should wait until im around 16.5 to run ai and mk or if i should just do it now

should i wait for my natural height increase to slow down at that age or just take it right now

doctor said my growth plates are still open and will be until around 17.5

if needed im 59kg/130lbs, 5'9.5/176 cm
